I have been going through docs for days and I am still unable to find whether WABA numbers can be used for Conversion API for business messaging. we have a WhatsApp-centric sales journey and our leads come from CTWA campaigns thus we need to use Conversion API business messaging to attribute the leads and track the conversion funnel.
is App Review on the app necessary to get the extended access of whatsapp_business_messaging permission?
how do I link my WABA numbers to the webhook? surely they have to be linked through the app, right? how do I link the WABA numbers I already have in WhatsApp Manager to the app? if I use the "Manage phone numbers" button on the WhatsApp -> Configuration on the developers dashboard, it will create a new WhatsApp account profile in WhatsApp Manager.

Oh my God, this is torture. Have you had any progress... In a campaign that I have running, with hundreds of clicks daily, I did not receive any ctwa_clid in the webhook, I thought I should request some advanced permission, I no longer knew what to do. Until without warning, without touching anything, one of the webhooks brought a ctwa_clid, but it was sporadic. Any clarification on the topic is appreciated. Thank you!
