Issue: While we were using the item_batch api for catalog updation, it took time to reflect in the comerce manager. Therefore, taking time to reflect on watsapp. We have a use where we update the catalog in real time, while we were hitting the api, it was getting executed in real time but it was taking almost 20-25 mins for to reflect in catalog inside commerece manager
