After deplying a business APP with Whatsapp, the account cannot be reactivated

I have successfuly deployed an app in Meta (ID# 1511485383102826) to be connected with my Odoo ERP (https://dcventas.odoo.com). I have everything connected with Whatsapp Account +50493807654. Part of the process of using that Whatsapp account included to remove it and create it again. After connecting it with the app, it was impossible to reactivate the account. Whatsapp simply is no longer sending SMS or call to send validating code.

Since this appears to be a Whatsapp Business problem, I have already sent several WABA support tickets:

After trying a lot, they said I needed to contact Meta Developers support. In my opinion they might have a security concern about my transaction. Anyone can tell me which channel should I use to get help from META?
