I have a webhook configured with ngrok for WhatsApp and it had always worked correctly, but I haven't been able to verify the callback URL for days.
I receive the following message: "The callback URL or verification token could not be validated. Please verify the information provided or try again later."
Does anyone have the same problem or have a solution?
I already solved the problem!
I have a webhook configured with ngrok for WhatsApp but I couldn't verify the callback URL anymore. Apparently it is because some domains were blocked.
In my case I used the free version of ngrok but I tried the paid version to obtain the domain and it solved the problem, I hope it helps you!
Still receiving the message: "The callback URL or verification token could not be validated. Please verify the information provided or try again later."
