Over the last 10 days your system has reported the same violation, 4 times, for our app & site stating - "This violates Platform Term 7.a".
We have provided all information - purpose of Facebook Integration, where in our site is the Facebook Integration done and how to access the Facebook Integration - in detail along with picture attachments from our site showing the exact location from where to access it, each time.
Your team have also reviewed our responses, to the violation and determined that the app meets the requirements of Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, thrice so far. Our 4th response for the same reported violation has been submitted and is under review.
We would like to know why the same violation is being frequently tagged even though we have given our responses, and it has been reviewed and approved from your end, thrice? Is there bug in your app review system or is AI being used for app reviews and it is not able to comprehend our responses?

Further to the last message we had sent expecting a resolution or reply, here are the new updates.
- Our violation was removed, and App was certified to meet all T&C requirements for the 4th time on June 6th 2024.
- After the weekend we have received the Violation alert for the exact same reason on 10th June 2024, that has already been found satisfactory and in compliance by the team reviewing it, 4 times!
This is becoming a nuisance now; you have deployed an AI system or a compliance team that does not update itself with the responses given and it keeps raising the same issue as a violation.
I hope this issue can be taken seriously and addressed at the earliest.
