Why my APP shows "Past due" and not able to resume or take action on it?

When I click "Required actions", it shows "You don’t currently have any required actions". So, how do I suppose to resume my APP?

Moreover, it's not able to submit the recording video to make it online again. When I click the submit video, nothing happens
