Hi everyone, I am curious if anyone can offer any insights.

We recently set up Whats App Business Messaging using Zoho CRM's native integration.

Now that we have it all working etc, we just learned that Zoho do not allow us to use the 1000 free conversations per month included as standard for a verified Meta business. They are charging us for every conversation started.

I think this is underhanded by them but perhaps someone can offer some guidance as to whether this might be normal.
