Not being able to check for acc_id_util_pct

"I monitor the request limit through the 'acc_id_util_pct' field in the 'account.get_ads()' request header, but it's returning zero, and I'm still getting the 'limit reached' error. Is it common for these header data not to update?"

i have this problem too.

X-Ad-Account-Usage: {"acc_id_util_pct":0,"reset_time_duration":0,"ads_api_access_tier":"development_access"}

And "User request limit reached" after some requests
