How ill be able to make sure that pixel ID is connected to the lead form that i have on my website

I allready connect pixel to the facebook website, however, it shows that not all of the leads is comming to the account

you can see it in www.funkybox.cz - there is pixel in header section however, when i try to set and event in Event manager it said this:
A pixel wasn't detected on this website. Check that the URL you entered is correct or use Test Events to make sure you have a pixel set up on this website.
When i see some tutorials thay got after clicking Set new event some top on left top corner where they was able to set lead and so on. But this tab is no there for me. It didnt pop up.
However, i see that in Events manager there are some PageView - 14 peoples and 1 lead (i didnt set up any leads, so i do not understand why)
