Whenever I click on create template the page reloads and takes me back to message template page

So do I. This happens on new Business Manager's interface.

This has been happening for a couple of days for me too. Meanwhile, you can use the API to create templates. It's working.

It seems like you're facing an issue where clicking "create template" reloads the page and takes you back to the message template page. This could be due to a browser cache problem, so try clearing your cache and cookies. If that doesn't help, use a different browser or disable any browser extensions that might be interfering.
