The Lead Ads Testing Tool's preview mode is not loading. Not allowing us to create customised test leads. Is this a system-wide issue?

I already added a comment to same issue someone else raised a few days ago. We are experiencing the same issue. It must be system-wide issue. Need it resolved asap or some communication from Meta about this issue/resolution.
