Unable to send what's app message with permanent token. seeing permission issues. With the same API end point "https://graph.facebook.com/v20.0/xxxxxxx/messages" able to send messages with temporary token. Could you please check and provide resolution.

Unsupported post request. Object with ID 'xxxxxxxxxxxx' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

Make sure the permanent token you are using is generated for the correct app and has the required permissions (whatsapp_business_management and whatsapp_business_messaging).
