Platform Term 7.a - Provide required information We weren't able to review your app because we are missing information required from you to complete our review. Please record a screencast video showing how users log into your app and how to use your app to test each of your app’s permissions. Submitting this screencast is required in order to maintain platform access.

At present, our application has been changed to the status of under development, which has caused a large number of users to be unable to log in to our game through Facebook, which has had a serious impact on our business.

We have submitted the screen recording file as required, and the background shows that it is still under review.

In fact, we already submitted the screen recording as required on October 14, 2024, but according to new feedback, we can't find the entrance for providing a new required file.

Does anyone know how to contact the review team or the developer team directly? Or what to do in this case? I'm stuck at this step now.
