I cant see nothing when i try to configure whatsapp api inside mi developer app

Inside my App ( and all the apps in the same company,if i change the company i dont have this issue) i cant see the Whatsapp Api Configuration. When i touch there nothings appear. I cant resolve this issue. i tried all but i cant resolve it

i checked and here in the community we are so many people with the same problem. Help in meta is a dissater and nobody could fix this issue.
