Hi To whom may concern from Facebook and Engineering Teams

I am reporting a strange issue when agencies terminate pages from their tools and those pages have revenue linking with the page and have attached "Ad Breaks" Earning Source from the original restricted payout account to the agency payout account and when agencies terminate the revenue linking at the earing source "Ad Breaks" its should be returned to the original payout account but there an unknown bug make the earning source disappeared from both of payout accounts 1. Agency Payout Account 2. Original Payout Account

The same issue happened or was encountered in other earning sources such as Facebook Stars (Web) Ads on Reels Subscriptions

I have resolved this issue before by contacting the Payout Support Team but in case the original payout account has no restrictions

I guess those original payout account restrictions are the reason why the earning source disappeared after termination from the agency

but this time happened again over 21 Facebook Pages with their all earning sources and we're still unable to make revenue linking for those pages with their original payout accounts encountered an issue with disappeared earning sources and am trying to escalate this at many departments because this kind of issue needs to be resolved by Facebook engineering teams
