When you try to open a bug, they say: "issues will be supported via the Developer Community Forum" and "we monitor the forum so to support developers on critical issues facing their business".

But they DO NOT.

The critical Facebook issue that undermining my project has not been resolved for more than 4 months. And nobody cares.
