I have a problem which is the same to this post

where i cant get any webhooks notifications from the instagram Messenger API and when trying to send a test message to the page.

Webhook debugger says "Page IDs where this app doesn't have instagram_manage_messaging permission: 17841452493546362, 17841439806739988" (translated from indonesia). (see image attachment)

permission needed is instagram_manage_messages, not instagram_manage_messaging.

From the Debugger Access Token, if i check the token generated from the instagram settings, it says the token is already had instagram_manage_messages. (see image attachment)

the requirement so that the page could receive message from public has been met, but it doesnt work.
