Invalid Email or Phone Number error when adding or editing apps

I am unable to edit or set up apps. When I try to access an existing App's settings or creating a new app I'm immediately greeted with this error:

Invalid Email or Phone Number Please enter a valid email address or mobile number.

There is nothing else, not even a logo or anything. This worked before, not sure why all of a sudden I get this error. I also tried multiple browsers

I have just linked and confirmed a personal phone number to my account, and my email address was verified within the last few weeks. So all should be valid.
