error 131042 payment method

We are 2 method payment registered in WhatsApp account but when we connect in developer console www see we are not a payment method valid. Please anybody can help us to know how we can configure to can send messages to our clientes.

Check Your Payment Info: Make sure your payment methods are registered correctly and that all the details are accurate.

Give It Some Time: Sometimes, the system takes a bit to update. You might just need to wait a little while.

I fixed it by setting the card as the default WhatsApp payment method. You can do it by:

  1. Go to Payment Settings of your WhatsApp account
  2. Under "Payment methods", click the ... icon of any card, then click "Set as default" (add a card if you don't have one)
  3. On a "Update payment method" modal, click "Set as default" to confirm the use of this card to pay Meta
  4. Wait a few minutes (Meta sometimes takes a while to reflect the latest changes), then try to send message template again

i have deleted the 2 credit cards and registered again, but same problem.... unbelievable.... all is ok but the system: [{"code":131042,"title":"Business eligibility payment issue","message":"Business eligibility payment issue","error_data":{"details":"Message failed to send because there were one or more errors related to your payment method."}

I have the same problem, has anyone found a solution? Unfortunately, deleting and re-adding the credit cards does not solve the issue. Additionally, the problem occurred after Meta accepted the payment
