"messages" subscription doesn't work in version 21.0

It seems like the "messages" subscription stopped working since Meta upgraded to version 21.0. All other subscriptions seem to work. I have another app with v20.0 configured and everything seems to work there. What should I do? This seems like a serious bug.

I am having almost the same issue. Neither "feed" nor "messages can be received via webhook in v21.0. Not even when sending manually via the developer. It works fine for other events like "send_cart".
What events are working or not working seems completely random.
