We are having issues with the whatsapp bot implementation to our bussiness. In some cases we were getting the error "131056" which, according to your documentation this is caused because we send a lot of messages to the same phone number in a short period of time. We set up the whatsapp bot initially as a Marketing account, but now we realized that is not the case so we change it to Utility but we haven´t deployed this change into production.

Do you know if this change from Marketing to Utility can fix the initial issue we were having? There are also certain numbers that we are not able to send messages to due to an error code "131026" saying: "The recipient is unable to receive messages" with no further reason. How are we able to debug this issue?
