  1. The sending customer should call the Airtel money customer care number 0-96999-48263. and raise the complaint by supplying the amount sent, transaction ID, wrong recipient's number and correct recipient's number.

  2. The money will be removed from the wrong recipient (if it has not yet been withdrawn) and sent back to the Sender.
