Discrepancy in engagement and spend for promoted posts

Hi, I am pulling data for our promoted posts on FB using the following API call:

https://graph.facebook.com/v19.0/xxxxx/insights?fields=ad_id,impressions,account_id,adset_id,campaign_id,clicks,conversions,cost_per_15_sec_video_view,cost_per_ad_click,cost_per_conversion,created_time,objective,video_p25_watched_actions,video_p50_watched_actions,video_p75_watched_actions,video_p100_watched_actions,video_play_actions,reach,spend,cpc,cpm,ctr,inline_post_engagement,cost_per_2_sec_continuous_video_view&breakdowns=country&limit=20&access_token=xxxxx&time_range=%7B%27since%27%3A%272021-07-22%27,%27until%27%3A%272024-06-23%27%7D&time_increment=1

All the metrics arrive correctly aside from spend and post_inline_engagement. For the post engagements we even have campaigns and ads which arrive properly but for the most part, the numbers there are much lower/non existent. Please advise.
