Issue with WhatsApp Messages Not Reaching Customers.

I've been using the WhatsApp API for quite some time now, but recently (this November), my messages haven’t been delivered to most of my customers. Only I and a few members of the dev team receive the message.

I tried sending the message manually via Postman, and while my number receives it, others don’t. The response shows no errors, and the request is accepted.

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

If WhatsApp messages aren’t reaching customers, ensure both sides have a stable internet connection and that neither party has blocked the other. Check if privacy settings are limiting messages from unknown contacts, and ensure both apps are updated. For WhatsApp Business users, avoid rapid, repetitive messaging, as this can trigger spam filters.
