We are facing an issue with the delivery of leads generated from Facebook page forms that are sent to another application. The problem does not occur with all leads, but some are not being directed to the application, and we cannot identify the cause. The Facebook API does not provide any information about what might have happened to these leads.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Can you help me?
