I am experiencing issues accessing WhatsApp Flows despite completing the business verification process. I have reviewed similar threads but haven't found a solution. Here are the details:
Issue: When attempting to create a flow (Account tools > Flows), I am prompted for company verification. After clicking the Start button, I received the message: "Congratulations, your business has been verified by Meta." However, the screen to manage access to the flows does not appear.
Steps Taken: Completed business verification Added a verified phone number Added account name Enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) Added payment information
Current Status: In the WhatsApp account overview, under Account Status, the value shows as "Review in progress"
Please advise on what additional steps I need to take to gain access to WhatsApp Flows.

You will need to verify your business, complete the display name review process and maintain a high message quality.
We are working to make it more clear inside WhatsApp Manager, as we understand right now could be confusing.
Hey Diego, mind giving me a hand checking each step? I'm pretty sure my business is all verified and good to go, but I'm kinda lost on the display name review task. I can see it under the phone numbers -> Name section, so maybe that means it's cool? And about that last bit - how am I supposed to keep my message quality high if I can't create flows (:?

So, before I can use Flow i must "Improve message quality"?
Improve message quality 1 conversations started/30d
If I will use "normal" whatsapp template for now would these type of messages will increase the counter till 30?
