Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to seek advice on resolving an API access restriction issue I'm facing with my Meta app. According to the Developer Dashboard, my app is in violation of Platform Term 7.e.i.1, which pertains to timely responses to Meta's requests.

Current Situation: The dashboard indicates that I haven't responded to recent requests for information needed for a review. As a result, my app's API access is restricted.

Actions Taken So Far: I've checked the "Required actions" section and acted upon it few days ago (Privacy Policy was missing on specific pages on my sites). I got a message from Facebook to confirm it was resolved. However, this restriction still shows and I haven't found specific steps or buttons to resolve this. I plan to contact Meta support but would appreciate any insights or similar experiences from this community.

Questions: - Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and how did you resolve it? - Are there specific steps or documentation I should prepare before contacting support? - Any tips on expediting the resolution process?
