I can't set a display name for my WhatsApp account. The name of my business is ClipPress. I tried several name options and they all failed. I don't know what else to do, I've read all the documentation of name guidelines, I haven't found a way to solve this. Please help me. Now the Meta manager is no longer allowing me to change the name, it says that I have already exhausted the changes for this month. Now, I don't need to change my Display Name, but just to request a new validation of the current name. Can anyone help me?
There are certain keywords are not allowed through out the meta products. For example you can not register a phone number with the name Facebook or Oculus. Now, your name has Press in it. You might know that in few countries meta is fighting a case against traditional news media. That could be a reason why it is not allowing your name. I am only speculating here.
I think you have no option but to wait for next month.
You can try out things with new account and new phone number if you have it handy.
