We are facing a recurring issue when attempting to add images to both existing and newly created WhatsApp templates. Despite having full administrative privileges in Facebook Manager and complete control over WhatsApp Manager, including template management, we continue to encounter the following error message: "Add sample media", even after the media has been successfully uploaded.

This issue is blocking us from adding attachment-related headers to our templates, which is significantly impacting our ability to create effective and engaging WhatsApp messages.
