Messaging may be unavailable.

Whatsapp messaging sudenly stopped working. The only clue I have is a "Messaging may be unavailable", but when I click there, theres no error at all.

When I contacted the company that sends the messages, they told my they were receiving the #13500 error from facebook, but I didnt help me at all.

I dont know what to do anymore. Can anyone help me?
