I am currently utilizing the Instagram Graph API and have questions regarding the rate limits.

As per the documentation, "Calls within 24 hours = 4800 * Number of Impressions". Could you please clarify:

1. Does the impression count refer to the total number of times all content from a user’s account is displayed to others over the past 24 hours?
2. If the number of impressions is sufficiently high, does this imply there is virtually no limit on the API calls?
