I already did all the setup in the Apps in meta for developers and I'm already receiving the default events like App Activate or App Installs, so I guess the integration was donde successfully. I also added the add account Id on the App/Settings/Advanced Authorized ad account IDs but I'm still getting the same error when trying to run an install ad campaign
