I created my chatbot app for a research project for my university (The University of Georgia). However, I am being asked to complete the business verification process.

However in order to complete this verification I need to have access to a Verified Business account. I do not believe my University has one. I tried to create one using my university email and told that I am banned from Advertising? How can I move forward so that my API Access is no longer restricted? Since this is an educational tool not meant to be linked to a business is there any way I can bypass this "Business Verification" step?

I have had several people try to communicate with my bot for my research project but they are not getting a response back. Please help me!
