Limited login warning still display when test user login even after implementing limited login

Limited login warning still display when test user login even after implementing limited login. I am not sure if there’s something wrong with my implementation. Or will this warning always be displayed, regardless of whether limited login is implemented？

You use a non-developer account Facebook account to authorize login and it is gone. This happened to me too
