I joined a conversations livestream yesterday and most of the focus was around WhatsApp communication from business to customers. I want to access a portal, and give access to my staff for handling channel requests and messaging to our customers, without sharing logins.

Is there a platform built directly for this with meta, or do I have to look at a 3rd party vendor?
