Webhook for welcome message not calling

I have coded webhook to handle welcome message requests, and it was working fine in my applications. But recently it is found that the webhook is not getting called for welcome messages, I have strictly followed the following documentation and the same webhook is getting called for all other message type, but not for welcome message ,

I have checked all the ways and tested as prescribed below also,

Open the thread in the WhatsApp client. Tap the business phone number's profile Tap Clear Chat > Clear All Messages. Delete Chat.

Start a new chat thread with this business.

I have been facing the same issue.

My webhook is not triggered for the welcome message anymore, but it works for other messages types. It was working fine some weeks ago.

Can anyone report this bug?

When I try to report, it always show "Advanced technical support via this channel is no longer publically available for this product", I don't see this bug is reported and META may not notice this bug yet.

Looks like it can' t be reported, instead Meta says they will monitor this forum so we can only hope they do but I guess all we can do is keep this thread active and hope for upvotes so they will notice. Surprised they haven't noticed that this stopped working.

META TEAM HAS TO ACT TO RESOLVE THIS CRITICAL ISSUE, THIS ISSUE IS AFFECTING MY CLIENT BASE. try to contact meta bug reporting by all possible ways. i ve reported but no solution is given yet
