Facebook Login for Business Error "It looks like this app isn't available"

Our Facebook Login for Business button has been working, and the code has not changed and our configuration has not changed on Facebook Developers. We are now getting:

It looks like this app isn't available To fix this, please contact ____.

We cannot get business_management permission because the app reviewers cannot test our functionality.

I updated newest Facebook SDK 17.0.0 and I have same problem, please help soon

Having this error as well: I'm having the same issue - I created a configuration for Facebook Login for Business:

- Login variation: general
- Access token: User access token
- permissions:
     email (why isnt public_profile in the list?)
     pages_manage_posts
     pages_read_engagement
     pages_show_list

These are the same permissions requested by my app. My app is approved and in Live mode. It works with the admin account, and a tester account, but when I have a non-tester Facebook user try it, the login fails with this message. The approval process was painful enough, now this on top of that?
