Template rejection

Greetings,

We have bug issue with creation of carousel templates. Upon creating it via Postman on first few tries we got status approved but after that each template is being rejected. Once rejected we tried to appeal for approval and this was working fine until last one month but now we can't do even that so all new templates stays rejected and we can't use it in our chatbot. I experienced this problem also. I had a carousel with 2cards were previously approved after the appeal. But now creating a template with 5 cards with the same payload, was rejected. But now I cant appeal for approval at all on their "business support home" page on rejected templates. The only reason it says in the webhook payloads says "INVALID_FORMAT" with no other reason, there must be a regression, any other details on this is sparse.
