Like button doesn't react on click

I use in my application Social plugin Like button, with sdk javascript. But after clicking Like button the number of likes doesn't change. With some links it happens only after 30 seconds, but mostly likes counter don't changed. The problem exists even using https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button/ page. Can it be a problem with link or with social plugin?

I have a similar issue at https://bettereducation.com.au/FbDataDeletion.aspx or any URL under https://bettereducation.com.au
It was working in the past. I'm not sure whether it's caused by additional security headers a while ago.
Please share your fix if you have resolved it.
