Unable to add a Phone Number as it says the limit reached to access Cloud API to send a WhatsApp Message.

Here's my Business Manager ID: 407580547261660 and it's verified by Meta.

I have created an app in Developers portal with the name 1st Cloud API and trying to add a new WhatsApp number. I already had one earlier and trying to add a new one. But unfortunately, it didn't allow me to add one as it says "You have already linked the maximum phone numbers". I tried checking my WhatsApp account and can confirm that there's only one.

I tried getting in touch with the FB Support team. They asked me to delete any secondary account and retry after few hours but even after 2 days I'm unable to add a phone number.

Can you please look into this on priority and help me out as the ads are running.

Please try to increase the phone numbers limit.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, and the Support is the worst I ever seen, nobody knows nothing, and the suggest to remove the previous phone but I only have one registered, it's a nightmare, let me know if you could resolve it. Regards.
