Hello,

I'm trying to complete the Data Use Checkup required by Meta / Facebook. When trying to create a business Manager Account, I get a message saying: "You're no longer allowed to use Facebook Products to advertise. You can't run ads, manage advertising assets or create new ad or business accounts. Learn More" (see attachment).

I tried reaching out to Facebook but got nowhere (Initiated a report but never got a reply). Can anyone help, please?

Find out why your account was restricted, appeal or resolve the issue if still avail/possible.

How do I do that? There's no support to contact + I'm really not interested in ads. I'm just trying to go through this (mandatory) process to maintain the FB login on my website.

You'd check the notifications/emails/alerts you received anf fix the underlying issue.

Never got any emails. The notification and Required action asks me to complete the Data Use Checkup. That's it.

You got an email, which you probably missed, still you can use the UI to find out when and why your account was restricted

I actually just checked again following this thread. I didn't get any email regarding this issue. I did get reminders to complete the Data Use Checkup. I don't know if there's a way to upload a screenshot so you can see for yourself.
