Even though the business account status is "Review complete", we can't request "Advanced access" of the public_profile for authentication via Facebook

Hello,

Our business account has a "Review complete", and there's no button to request a review again. The message says that restrictions have been removed form our account: "We found that our technology made a mistake adding restrictions to your business. We removed the restrictions and you can continue advertising."

But in the "App review" > "Permissions and Features" when clicking on "Request advanced access" in the "public_profile" section, it says the following: "Your business is prohibited from advertising, including app sharing." (screenshot).

How can we fix this issue?
