Appeal, support request, but report, community - nothing works properly

Appeal page doesn't show restricted apps even though my developer panel with Apps view shows 3 restricted applications. Two of them are blocked without any option to send data for review and I also cannot appeal.

I attempted to send a support question in app review category - that doesn't work as well - support form keeps giving an error, regardless of which apps (block or live) I choose as relevant, regardless of attaching additional files (screen captures) or not.

My applications are blocked now, I want to support the users of the app but can't contact Meta in any civilized way.

Additionally, I tried to send this bug report that your support form fails. I tried for a few days already and bug reporting tool gave me throttling info, that I can't do that now to protect community from spam. I didn't send support request or report a bug in the last 6 years when I started to maintain those applications. None.

And cherry on the cake - Community has questions about appeal not working unanswered for 2-4 years.
