We've received a notification to resolve a violation due to "Platform Term 7.e.i.1 - Timely response to our requests". It says that to restore the app, we should respond to the open violations listed below. However, no open violation is listed, so there's not even a form where we could respond.

https://developers.facebook.com/appeal does not list any restricted apps but in the app details we can see that the API access is restricted.

It's been like this for 14 days already. No response from facebook support ([...]). We're hopeless.
