Generic 135000 error when sending templates

Hi,

All templates from one business account have the following error when sending them through the API:

{"message":"(#135000) Generic user error","type":"OAuthException","code":135000,"error_data":{"messaging_product":"whatsapp","details":"Generic user error"},"fbtrace_id":"A-EFZDGsvLZ_5arVrSR0M-W"}}

There are other posts mentioning this issue as well, but I can't find a solution anywhere.

We'd appreciate a clear answer on how to fix the issue.
