Could you please provide an update on the status of the access verification for the APP with ID: 419859690881946?

I submitted this request on May 22, 2024, and the stated waiting period is five days. However, it has now been 30 days without a response. I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding the expected timeframe for a reply.

Also I didn't find any channel of communication with support, is there any possibility somewhere to get an answer from support why it takes so long ?
