Whatsapp Business API has restricted the number from further registrations

Getting an error as I am trying to migrate my number +91-8882702020 from one BSP to another. While migrating, initially the payment method was not found and then another error came where the previous BSP had enabled data localization to 'IN' but the current BSP did not have it enabled. Because of multiple tries the business number has been restricted for registrations.

I need to understand how long it would take to get back to normal and if possible, can anyone raise a request with the WhatsApp business API support team to reset the restriction? Our current BSP does not have access to Facebook Direct support and therefore we are facing difficulties with migration of the number.

Beside on this threats https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/358091426875147/ Its took time up to a week then number can use again
