(#135000) Generic user error

I'm receiving the following error when I try to trigger templates through WhatsApp Business API. I'm not able to send the WhatsApp templates since a week. Please let me know how to fix this issue. All the templates used to work perfectly and all of a sudden none of the templates are working.
