I'm building an automated AI whatsapp chatbot for my own company. I created a System User permanent access token, and my app works in Development. However, when I changed it to Live, it's unable to send messages with the error: OAuth "Facebook Platform" "invalid_request" "(#131030) Recipient phone number not in allowed list"

Is this because of an access token issue? I have standard access to whatsapp_business_management and whatsapp_business_messaging. Do I have to get the advanced access? And what should I do once I get that access?

Basically, how do I get my app to LIVE? Thank you
