In the image, the first part is saying "the app is restricted", but the second part is saying "not app is restricted"

Apparently this is a known issue for years. See https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/1327493267665774/?join_id=f19e1197d4c497. In the ticket, according to facebook team:

The internal team has confirmed that this is currently the expected behaviour for apps exceeding the appeal response time limit

And follow by:

Please note that the appeal response time limit has been extended so you may be able to appeal your app now.

So the current way to solve this problem is to extend the time limit for affected app, case by case. My question is, is there any facebook team member here that can help extend the time limit for my app 4350135258334257?
